Craftin Desert Divas – Birthday Stash Card

Hi everyone, I’ve joined the Digital Craftin Desert Divas design team.  They have some great digital images, and I’m excited to get to work with them.

Today on the Craftin Desert Divas blog, we are having a Birthday Card Stash Challenge.  I’ve created a card using Starry Unicorn digital stamp.  This is such a cute image!

I colored the unicorn image with Copic markers and matted it onto Lawn Fawn patterned paper.  You could easily make several of these in different colors to add to your stash of birthday cards.  Head over to the Craftin Desert Diva blog to check out the rest of the team’s creations.

Spring + Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop

Hi everyone!  I’m joining in on the Spring + Summer Coffee Lovers BloghopKat Scrappiness is a Super Sponsor for this hop, and has a great sale and prizes available for the hop.

I have a confession to make – I hate coffee!!  However, I do think coffee cards are cute and have lots of friends and family that like coffee.

I made this card using the Kat Scrappiness Layered Coffee Cup Die and Got Coffee? Sentiment die.  The sentiments on the coffee cozies are from the Avery Elle Cool Beans stamp set.

From May 25 – June 1st, you can get 10% off your order at Kat Scrappiness.  Join in on the hop and you can win one of the following from Kat Scrappiness:

Merry Christmas Challenge #20 for 2018

Remember a couple of weeks ago when I said the warm weather has arrived, well now the hot weather is here – in the 90’s this week!  This makes it hard to get in the mood to make Christmas cards.  I was able to push through and make a couple of cards for the Merry Christmas Challenge!  This week was anything goes with an optional theme of gift cards.  I choose not do do the optional theme this week.

I used the Freshly Made Sketch for this weeks cards.  The pattern paper is from Recollections, and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

Merry Christmas Challenge #18 for 2018

Hi everyone, May is here and so is the warm weather (finally)!   I’m back this week with another card for the Merry Christmas Challenge.  This week’s theme  is anything goes with an optional theme of decorations.

I’m used Lawn Fawn’s Mine Picture Frames dies to create “pictures” for this card.  That counts as decorations right?!  I used stamps from Simon Says Stamps Ugly Sweater and Sweater Words,  My Favorite Things Santa Elves, and a sentiment from Paper Smooches Christmas Sampler.  I did some simple coloring with my Spectrum Noir markers.  The green patterned paper is from Pebbles Home for Christmas paper pad.

Merry Christmas Challenge #16 for 2018

Hi everyone, I’m ready for the spring weather to arrive and stay!   I’m back this week with another card for the Merry Christmas Challenge.  This week’s theme  is anything goes with an optional theme of presents.

I have a very simple card today that only uses patterned paper, card stock, glossy accents, and adhesive.  The present patterned paper is from American Crafts Deck the Halls paper pad.  The sentiment block is also from this paper pad.  I added glossy accents to the tree to give it a little bit of something extra.
