It’s day 16 of my 25 Days of Christmas cards inspired by Kristina Werner.  I’ve done a lot heat embossing during this series.  It still feels like magic to me and I love the look of white embossing powder on black.  Kristina used gouache on her card.  I had never heard of it before, but I bought some and tried it out.  Turns out, I was terrible at it.  I need lots of practice before I’m ready to share a card using it!  Instead of gouache, I used colored pencils on my card.  Here is the link to Kristina’s video and blog post.
