I made this for my nephew’s 2nd birthday which was on September 2nd. The tiny treat series from Papertrey Ink is one of my favorites. I own them all! On this card and envelope, I used the Tiny Treats: Birthday set.

So special. I love how you used the impression plate as a fun contrast to the bubbles. Looks wonderful. Pretty nifty coloring too. Great job!
