A Blog Named Hero – July Challenge

It’s time for the July challenge on A Blog Named Hero. This month’s theme is Christmas in July. This is my first Christmas card this year and it got me in the mood to start making Christmas cards. They are my favorite to make.

I used the Naughty Elves stamps and dies and a sentiment from Irreverent Elf Messages.

To begin, I die cut a rectangular panel out of blue snowflake patterned paper. I then add a white snow drift. I layered this piece on a piece of black card stock. I colored the two elf images and snowball stacks with Copic makers and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I used foam adhesive to attach them to the snowflake panel and stamped the sentiment onto this panel.

I found a piece of red and white glitter paper from my stash and layered that onto a piece of black card stock. I attached this to my white card base and then added the elf panel with foam adhesive.

Head over to A Blog Named Hero and join in on the challenge!
