Hi everyone, I can’t believe it is already the middle of June and time for another challenge at A Blog Named Hero.  This month’s challenge is Combine Old and New.

I used an older stencil – Rain Dance Pattern – and a newer stamp/die set – Unbearably Thankful from Hero Arts.

I used the stencil and some light yellow ink directly on my card base. I kept most of the ink in the lower left corner of the card. I colored the bear holding the flowers with Copic markers and die cut it with the coordinating dies.

I stamped my sentiment from the Unbearably Thankful stamp set directly on the card base with black ink. I adhered the bear to the card base using dimensional adhesive. To finish off the card, I added a few light yellow jewels.
