Now if you’re here from the Jaded Blossom blog you’re in the right place, if you’re just passing through start at the beginning because you don’t want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom. Here is what I made:

I fell in love with all the bees that were released this month! The bees are from the Love Bugs, Birthday Bug Tags, and Baby Bugs stamp sets.

I created the yellow background by ink blending three different shades of distress inks and sprayed it with a little bit of water. On top of this panel, I added Honeycomb Card Mat die in black. After adhering this to my panel, I added a few of the black hexagons in various places where the bees were going to be placed.

My sentiment is aldo from the Birthday Bug Tags stamp set. I masked off one of the bigger sentiments to get the the Happy Happy Bee-Day to You sentiment. I stamped this on black cardstock with versamark ink and covered with white embossing powder. I found a couple of yellow star sprinkles in my stash to add to the sentiment.

I popped up my bees on the card with dimensional adhesive and then added the panel to my card base.
