I’m back again this week for the Merry Christmas Challenge. This week I have four quick and easy Christmas cards.
For these cards I used Reflections Christmas Collection kit from Echo Park. Using a kit is a great way to make quick cards with coordinating paper.
For the first card, I used one of the 3×4 cards that was in the kit. I matted it on some red cardstock. I cut a strip of the red and cream striped pattern paper and glued it to the cardstock. I used some foam tape to put the 3×4 piece on the card. I added 3 drops of Nuvo drops on the left side. One the second card, I cut a circle out of the holly berry paper. I popped that up on the card base with some foam tape. I die cut another circle out of green card stock and glued it to the inside of the pattern paper. I used my powder tool on the back of the poinsettia sticker to remove the sticky. I then popped it up using some foam tape. I cut out a banner in the green cardstock and heat embossed the sentiment. For the third card, I used one of the border strips from the kit for the sentiment. I added a strip of the green paper that I used a scalloped stitched die on. I covered the card base with striped pattern paper from the kit, then popped up the sentiment strip using some foam tape. For the fourth card, I matted the Santa paper from the kit onto some red cardstock and glued that to the card base. I die cut a stitched circle from red cardstock and popped up the Santa Claus sticker on it using some foam tape.Check out the rest of the teams creations on The Merry Christmas Challenge blog and join in on the fun.
